I forgot to add, weeping city looks amazing. The area is amazing and I really wish it was part of the open world how amazing it looks like. The boss fights are very good and somewhat small punishing mechanics. Yes feedbacks so far been good and I hope more peopel provide with it so they can see and understand what has to be fixed upon next expension/later patches. Thanks so far guys!

Just a few thoughts off the top of my head.

Au Ra - Glad to see a new race after all of these years. Though I only changed Kat to one for a month or so before switching back to a Miqo'te, it is nice to have a little more diversity in game.

Main Scenario - I believe it has been decent enough so far. Though I have enjoyed the Primal fights more in ARR than HW. No real complaints overall though.

Side Quests - I believe ARR spoiled me in expecting fuller Hildebrand episodes. I'm still glad to see him brought back in HW nonetheless. A new set of sidequests that were introduced in HW that I am very interested in seeing continued is the Doman Adventurers' Guild Quests. But after the first set of quests, it seems to have been forgotten about.

Music - So far, I have preferred the music in version 1 and ARR. The tracks in HW are far from bad, but there does not appear to be any tracks that stand out to me in the way version 1 and ARR did. Especially the Primal themes. On a related note, I have really enjoyed the addition of the Orchestrion music player.

Bard - What was my favorite job in ARR took a big hit in HW. And of course the reason for that is WM. It just feels real clunky and poorly planned. With that said, its counter part, GB on Machinist feels more natural. GB feels like its a natural extension of the job and not some tagged on gimmick to force a job to play similar to another. It is actually for this reason that I am worried about them introducing a new pet job.

New Jobs - Not my first choices, but a nice selection nonetheless. I do like that they introduced a new job for each role. Personal favorite has been Astrologian. My biggest complaint would be that you start at level 30 instead of level 1.

Flying - A positive addition. Simple and easy to use, and straightforward to unlock.

Beast tribe quests - I feel that both the battle and the crafting quests have been improved in HW. I really enjoy the scaling exp.

Level cap increase - Some mixed feelings. While I enjoyed leveling jobs I haven't touched since 1.23, the cap increase seems to have caused some skill bloat. While I can get by, I am curious as to what solution they will use to make sure the number of skills and abilities do not get out of hand when and if they decide to increase the level cap again.

    Pros-

    1. Presentation. Great music and great looking zones and dungeons.

    2. Class improvements- As someone that mained Pld, the new HW abilities were very welcome, I desperately wanted some new attacks.

    3. Story- Fantastic.

    4. Dungeons/Raids- Enjoyed all of them.

    5. Class balance- I think it's pretty damn good honestly.

    6. Aquapolis

    Cons-

    1. Only two dungeons for highest level roulette.

    2. Rings are still unique equipped.

    3. Having to go back to ARR areas to farm crafting materials. I'm level 56, I shouldn't have to go back to farm flax or electrum.

    4. Extra unneeded steps for crafting materials. The metal nuggets were a stupid concept, ingots should have been 3-5 ore and some crystals, nothing else. Ingots should have been the main metal used and as I said above, having to get old crafting mats.

    5. Weekly caps still present on highest level tomestone. If someone wants to farm all of that gear in a week, that should be their decision. Out of all the tomestones so far, I preferred the design for the Law gear. No cap and weapons available with no extra steps or content, the only thing they could have done to improve was ditching hunts as part of upgrading the weapon.

    6. Gauss Barrel/Wanderer's Minuet. I think they could have handled the mobility issue in a different way.

So far it looks like on cons side:
    roulettes
    dungeons
    raids
    copy paste different skin

    But pros:
    Music, skins, vanity, glamour etc.

    High points:

    - Main story quests are arguably the high point. I'd play the game just for the story.
    - Music.
    - Aquapolis is really fun.
    - Weeping City is one of the best 24 man's in the game.
    - All of the Extreme Modes are satisfying, rewarding and fun.
    - Beast tribes don't feel as tedious as ARR's.
    - New jobs, despite being incredibly flawed at launch.

Mixed, or still too early to tell:

    - Alexander in general. This can go up or down depending on how the final Alexander zone is handled.
    - Dungeons are more or less the same layout from 2.x series. Trash mobs -> more trash mobs -> even more trash mobs -> boss -> repeat until end.
    - New zones. They are each vibrant and beautiful, but there's just something about them that's still off putting to me that I can't put into words.
    - Relic. 3.15's 210 step was atrocious, but subsequent steps aren't that bad. At least so far. We still have a ways to go before it reaches the end.

    Negative:

    - 3.1 in general aside from Thordan EX.
    - Gear progression is still fairly bland. Just several increases in stats and that's it.
    - Alexander Gordias Savage.
    - We really need more open world content aside from Hunts.

    No opinion:

    - Scrip system. I've really only just started on gatherer's scrips, and will do crafter's scrips once I get my BSM to 60 through Moogle Dailies.

Overall, a solid expansion with a number of kinks that need ironing out. I just hope they take the lessons they've learned from their first, fully fledged expansion and make 4.0 into something much better.

    What I like:
►Story (Specifically I liked the tone and the story itself)
    ►Story dungeons
    ►New Race
    ►New Hairstyles (not race/gender specific)
    ►DirectX 11 Support
    ►Flight
►Flying Mounts -- Gryphon Mount (Personal win for me as its my favorite mythical beast)
    ►New gear designs
    ►Music -- +1 Mushroomery. I love that song!
    ►Ravana (I loved this fight!)
    ►Aquapolis
►Anima Weapon Questline (Not including the ilvl 200-210 step) -- The questline is awesome, and the time to upgrade it feels on par with new contents coming in. (THIS EXCLUDES THE 200-210 STEP... that step was just torture...)
►Scrip gear for gatherer/crafter (Specifically blue scrips because they were not gated)
►Child Miqote arcanist in Idyllshire (Please can this be a playable race.. omg!)
►New Zones -- I love their size and beauty, just wish we returned to them more often (except for hunts, we really don't have much reason to)
    ►FC airship system
    ►More housing stuff, furniture, etc

    What I didnt like:
►Story (I feel like there could have been more story after the initial 3.0. The patches felt a bit barren on the story and were overshadowed by other features like PvP, etc)
►Jobs not starting from level 1 (okay not so much a big deal, but was looking forward to it..)
    ►Jobs being gated behind 2.5 completion/HW access
►Bismark (I didnt really care for its execution, I wanted to fight Bismark itself, not mostly his minions)
    ►Diadem (Great idea, horrendous execution)
►Tome and Gear lockouts - ongoing from 2.x - now also affects DoH, DoL, as well as battle classes
►Alexander. I like the fights but was expecting to fight Alex himself, not just monsters inside him
►Midan/Gordian Parts -- Lotting parts of gear in Alexander NM to finally get a piece of gear over time? The fight should have either dropped regular equipment or 1 weekly part towards a piece of gear. (even now I struggle to get enough of a specific part to get a piece of equipment. On average I do between 11-18 runs before I get lucky and win a roll.)
►Anima weapon 200-210 phase. This was just tedious, grindy and NOT FUN.
►Cost of Folklore Tomes -- 99 Blue scrip tokens per tome... ugh this was so tedious...
►Crafting Materials -- As usual, I still hate crafting. Mats being the key issue here. The MB cost of materials in HW was far out of the range for many to be able to craft effectively without having to farm for days/weeks to keep up on red scrip flow.
(What I mean is that it would cost me 50-100k to make a piece of collectable gear that I was going to take a total loss on so I could get red scrips.. either make it easier to obtain the items, or reduce the amount necessary... ie. 5x logs just to make one lumber. last I checked when you cut a log in half you get 2 pieces of lumber... not the other way around... :P)
►Red Scrip gear for crafters -- Ugh... 8 sets of gear I have to lug around now!? Plus three more for Gatherers.... In 2.X I swear I heard Yoshi-P say that wanted to help ease the issue of Armory chest space during a live letter.... I guess I was mistaken.
►No Flight in ARR areas. (big bummer, atleast make the ground mounts faster on ground then
►Lord of Verminion - to this day I cant seem to figure out the controls to this mini-game. Its too complicated, not going to bother...
►Adding rewards to Mentor system -- I feel this has a negative effect. It has caused many "mentors" to just want to speed run through everything for their mount and not teach new leafs. Countering the entire reason the Mentor system was created.
►Awww, no flying primal ponies (yet) I was really looking forward to a Ramuh Pony soaring the skies with that awesome song!
►Lastly not so much of a HW gripe, but... Regional item promotions. (ie. Chinese/Korean gear/Japanese 7-11 event/Amazon promotion) If you cant give it to all players at the same time, then please just dont.... While we're on that topic... minions/in-game items attached to merchandise gear... The merchandise is always sold out because folks just want the minion, so the people wanting the merchandise miss out. Make the minions available on the Cash Shop at the same time so everyone wins.

I'll likely keep updating this over time as Im sure there are other likes/dislikes I have, just cant recall off the top of my head.

While I enjoy the game, it really needs some better content, it feels like 2.0 all over again.

Also loot/treasure in this game is so boring and comes at such a slow rate, i never get excited when something drops.

Id really like to see some purple armor, set bonuses, weapon effects, I dunno SOMETHING besides this SLOW vertical gear progression

    overall: 7/10

it lost the 3 for several reasons 1) Diadem was fun for a zerg-gear fest but died once the gear was outdated, which sucks 2) thou I don't do Savage I have herd enouf to be disapointed, 3) Tomestones... its 2.0 in 3.0, 4) nothing ever gets 10/10 from me cause theres always some flaw somewere (be it graphical or to many glitches)

if they made dungeons have stuff like sections u need to fly in or use mounts (Like Preatorium did... we did this once, ONCE!) or parts were bosses chase u from dungeon end back to start (thus makeing all those mobs u skipped u'r worst mightmare) & maybe a few puzzles (like pushing dead brick mobs into a hole to make a path fail to make it right/fast & u have to re-kill them) even more than 1 path to end would be a good twist (with u being locked out of the not took path & each having different random loot lists). just mixing it up & eather changing the tomestone system or adding something that makes them more than just a way to get gear (which they do only after its becomes the uncapped tomestone, I due like the list of options u get for the sands in the 3.3 relic something like that for getting gear would be nice maybe)

What some see as "distracted" is really "fathoming the unfathomable" - last words from an Ul'dahn Mercurial Chemister at the battle of Carteneau

I like how is it, and I hope continue as is for more years.

But, of course, there are things that need revision. Some like...

Longer MSQ. Much more. And interesting. Not artifical lenght. A good stuff, a good story, epic bosses and that.

RNG stuff. Example: 95% success rate!!; Means Fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, success!, fail, fail, fail... I know is RNG, but please, this is just ridiculous sometimes, specially when you spent hours and hours gathering to lost in a ridiculous way the mats once you're crafting.

Longer dungeons with anti speedrun locks (not only doors, maybe puzzles or a labyrinths or random things) with dangerous mobs, and I want to have again 3 per patch. I know drop 1 dungeon to bring us new stuff is good, but... look at diadem. I rather prefer 3 dungeons than a new stuff that probably won't work. Yes, I want to go back to 2.X in that thing.

More high level raids. Coil and Alexander are good, but is only 4 bosses. Maybe add some kind of high level dungeon, not only few trash + boss if you don't want add more bosses, because I know that can be excesive. But a good dungeon, not a faceroll dungeon, maybe with puzzles, dangerous thash mobs or whatever like I said before or special stuff or something.

Give us Hasty Touch II with a good base success rate please, I hate a lot Hasty Touch, but is required for HQ high level stuff.

Also, more control on people harrasment. Don't allow or ignore people harras other with excuses like "Different ways to play". Harrsment is a harrasment. Also for bots and cheaters.

    Heavensward series were nice.
Graphic wise we got a DX11 client update. It perform way smoother than DX9 HBAO+ did most of the difference but the new client also introduced some graphical problems. Reflections are down to 10fps or smth they are really laggy and not smooth, shadow flickering is horrible, textures seriously need a resolution upgrade.
Main Scenario. I loved it. For once it started feeling like a real FF game. I liked the "road trip" feeling in 3.0.
SE experimentation. It's nice they are trying to create new things. Diadem was a disaster though. Bad system, no rewards and boring to death grinding.
Dungeons. Most of them are nice some other boring. I like that they did something different with dungeons like The Vault (no stationary mods and bosses had personality). Too bad they didn't made more like this it's a shame. Most dungeons are kinda too narrow and linear. I wish we could something a bit more dynamic and diverse.
Crafting became a bit complicated after 3.0. Specialization never really launched and it was a bad idea.
Patches became too predictive. Same patterns we can almost always predict what will be next.
Alexander is nice but the story of it is really boring and not epic at all.
Void Ark was too boring and easy I could face roll on keyboard and win.
Weeping City is how all Alliance dungeons must be made. This is the lvl of difficulty we need.
Glamour male vs female needs a bit of work. Most glamours still favor females. Armor sets rely too much on "High Fantasy" style. We need some more traditional looking armors.
