Almost 3 years into the game, we need FC improvements

I think it's about time Free Companies got some QoL love. Can we use this as a general suggestion thread?

What I personally think we're missing:

A real company board, with a higher character limit and a more prominent notification when it's updated so FC members know there's something new in the company board, and not hidden behind a tab no one visits in the FC window.

A way for players to search for FCs in-game, even average f2p Korean MMOs have this.

A way for FC masters to moogle mail everyone in the FC, letting people know I'm running a contest, event or raffle in a mid size FC has been a nightmare since everyone is on a different schedule.

This was suggested on Reddit: An event calendar, similar to WoW's, it's a button that opens a calendar and shows any scheduled seasonal event, as well as custom events set by your current FC, where you can see the time and date an event will start, how long it will run for and you can RSVP.

And finally, better in-game integration with lodestone features, the lodestone has a "forum" option for FCs that no one uses because the lodestone is basically foreign to the game, no one has a reason to login every day to the lodestone.

All I want is like 10 total tabs for FC Chest... Even if you factor in the minimized thing for shards you've got room for at least 2-4 more chest tabs...

I like your suggestions OP and I think SE would have probably added them a long time aswell. But I think they are probably not able to do it, because of some limitation.

I would love this. A clean notification window popping up to notify you of any events that have been added/changed since you last logged in would be great (with optional checkbox to not show it). I tired using the lodestone for a raffle but that thing is a cluttered mess and I spent way too much time having to troubleshoot why some people could see the event and others couldn't and that's just beyond navigating it. On top of that I had to friend everyone to mail things out which was great fun with the friending restrictions that had been put in. It's just so much easier to organize things when it's tied to in game. I hate having to use a bunch of 3rd party sites that no one wants to constantly visit or sign up for.

- FC Summons
- Tool for FC recruitment (i suppose this would work like a FC browser where players could browse all the FC on their server and filter them)

However no timeline was given to those features.

Last I heard, new GC ranks will come in 3.4, but this is afcourse not 100% set in stone, so for now, I guess we will wait and see what happens next.

in-game message board for FC, Option for Master and officers to mass mail FC members. Moogle Mail character count X4, rank hierarchy to prevent a player of one rank being able to promote another to the rank above them. Content to allow FC masters/officers to create unique treasure maps for their FC - in other words, place a prize on the map, choose challenging guardian(s), generate a treasure map for the FC and see who wins.

A calendar for FC events would be amazing! Something to check in-game that people can add to to let other's know when they'd like to do an event.
