that's not the case with OP though is it.If someone is completely ignoring the party, doing what they want, and ruining the experience for everyone else, it's a good way to make them pay attention. I'm going to share a little anecdote with you, whether I was in the wrong or not, you can decide. I feel no regret about what I did and would do it again without the slightest moment of hesitation.
While leveling a healer in another MMO (WoW) I had a tank that was taking 4-5 minutes between pulls. After the fourth time I said "hey tank, I'm ok on mana, you can pull a little faster." To which his response was "shut up and heal me, don't tell me how to play my class" and then proceeded to berate me with quite a bit of profanity for about thirty seconds before pulling again. At that point, I let him die and healed the dps through the enemies until they killed them. After that I said to the tank "don't piss off the person that decides whether you live or die, I'm not rezzing you, you can walk back and think about your attitude." He didn't answer me, he just left the party and we just kept clearing until we got another tank with a much better attitude that was pulling at a decent pace.
If someone acts like that towards me then yes, I will let them die, especially when I'm playing a healer.
PS: regardless who was in the fault in your case, ego trip much?
and you still basically said "do what I say or die" xD
