Lore Incentive Is Ruining Duty Roulette

I'm a fan of chain pulling in dungeons as any role, especially as a healer because quite frankly it's not so boring that way. I also enjoy the rush of doing it as fast as possible. But when I tank, before each pull I do wait to make sure everyone is behind me and looking alive and ready. If the healer is casting buffs I wait. It literally takes 2 seconds. I don't think it really slows the run down, maybe by like 30 seconds in the end maximum. Pre-buffing allows the healer to dps more before they need to throw out the first heal.
