Yet being a WHM in this game fills very different everything is lot faster. Scared me me to bits. I haven't gone back in as a WHM because of this. Don't feel ready yet.
My advice would be to read up and research the WHM and try it again. Players will die and you will screw up, but because of these failures, you will learn and improve. WHM is pretty straightfoward when it comes to skills. Lodestone says your level 30, so I am going to assume this is correct.

1. Use Cure I and when it procs the free Cure II spell, use that spell.
2. If a player is has very little HP, use Cure II, but remember Cure II cost alot of mana so only use it when needed.
3. Use Medica when you need to AoE heal.

At level 35, you learn Regen which is a heal over time spell. I always keep a regen on the tank or player that is getting focused on, just remember to cast Regen after the tank has pulled the mobs, if you do it before the tank attacks the mobs, they will run straight for you. At level 40 you will learn Divine Seal, which is my favourite skill as a WHM. Using Divine Seal will increase healing spells by 30%. At this level you can start practicing doing DPS as a healer, since Divine Seal + Regen (and later Medica 2) will keep the parties HP up for some time, giving you enough time to deal some damage.

My advice, play the WHM, start doing one dungeon tomorrow and if you fail, go back. You will learn and it will become second nature for you. The fear of failing is very normal, this is when you should go back and try again, again, again. I wish you good luck and do not worry, failure is part of the game.
