Sorry, but as a healer, you should be able to deal with these incredibly minor inconveniences.

If a tank runs off without protect, I'll just swiftcast it on them. It doesn't matter, and no one cares. Being petty will only make the run unenjoyable for yourself and everyone else.
I have to agree with this. I won't throw insults or whatnot, but I honestly don't see the issue with a sprint and swiftcast. I had a tank last night that took off on me when the gate went down, I simply sprint ahead of him and cast protect + swiftcast stoneskin II and continued on as if nothing ever happened...and I rarely heal.

I am a tank main, and while I will wait for buffs, I also know it's not the end of the world if I miss a protect, and I certainly won't stop doing my role if I am refused it. Plus, buffing and then going into the pull on the fly actually feels kinda awesome xD
