Supposedly with this relic, at the end you can rearrange the stats for 1 sand.
This is probably one of the best things about this relic; you don't have enough accuracy for the new alex? You can then tweak Accuracy onto it, until you hit the cap and so on...

If they follow past trends (and it's not entirely clear that they will), Anima weapons will receive a boost to i245 in a 3.38 or 3.39 patch, which will make them temporarily best in slot, until 3.4 releases and includes (most likely) i250 weapons from a new EX encounter and i260 weapons from tomestones. That's how things have generally proceeded since 2.1, at any rate.

And that's fine. The relics haven't ever been best in slot for any period of time in which content mattered and that's likely to continue.
