I'm amazed on how people don't read or contact that source if there could possible be a doubt. If im buying an used product and I want the item, that should be my red flag....contact Amazon and have them confirm you will have he promo code.

If you bought it used you do not qualify the promo cause the used item is not sold by amazon (fulfilled by amazon not the same thing). Item has to be sold by amazon directly.

Ok I see the amazon warehouse one but that also listed under the "fulfilled by amazon" but anyways that used copy is only $2 cheaper then a new one (the one i see) so why not get the new one instead? Was saving $2 worth going through all this hassle?

Just buy a 60 day FFXIV gamecard or a $20 PSN card and you should receive instantly you dlc code on your e-mail registered with them.
If by any chance you still don't receive your code you can contact them through live chat (not e-mail) and they should give it to you right away!
Just make sure your order for dlc code on the order summary before placing your order.
But hurry up because promtion ends next Monday.
