Eso and Poetics Numbers Needed for Spreadsheet

I'm trying to build a tracker to figure out how many days it will take me (personally) to hit my 240 relic. I'm looking to see if anyone knows how many poetics/estoterics I can get per day from only the following roulettes:

Expert Roulette
Lvl 60 Roulette
Lvl 50 Roulette
Leveling Roulette
Trials Roulette

I'm excluding any PvP and story roulettes. Please exclude bonus from your estimates. Thank you!

It only shows the amount you get for completing the duty, right? Or is that the number of esos you get no matter what (sum of all esos in a single run)? I thought you get (x) esos for the bosses and then (x) as a roulette 'bonus'.

Well the roulettes tell you how much bonus it gives... and then depending on the dungeon you get (especially in 60 roulette), the esos change

So for like if you get Fractal in 60 you get 30 esos + bonus but if you get ARF you get 150 + bonus.

...either way it's all displayed in game...
edit: It's the sum of all of them through the entire run, not just final boss esos.

If you look at the roulettes, that shows how many you get from que'ing through the roulette. If you look at the individual dungeons, that how many you get for completing it (which is the sum total you get for killing all the bosses). Add those two things together and that's how much you get. So here's an example: You queue for 60 roulette, and get Aetherochemical Facility. When you complete it, you get 250 esoterics and 25 lore. (100 esoterics and 15 lore for the roulette, and 150 esoterics and 10 lore, for completing the dungeon)

In addition to these numbers being displayed in game, you can also obtain this information from the list of dungeons in the Eorzea Database on the Lodestone.
