Any Bard meta guide/thread?

Is there a Bard meta thread like the ones for Monk and Dragoons that I'm missing? Seems like it would be quote beneficial seeing how just on Cerberus a lot of lvl 60 bards have different advice for me as 54 bard on the best combo's, rotations and methods of getting used to Wanderer's Minuet.

Method of getting used to WM: Just use it.

There's lots of different advice because level 54 is just plain not high level... as long as you're
-putting up Straight Shot
-using buffs
-making sure your dots don't fall off
then you're doing fine.

When you DO reach level 60, then Krietor's bard guide is your best option for starting to form a set rotation.

I have a question or two regarding mid-range (40s) Bard. 1) Should I be using Quick Nock for AoE? If yes, is there an ideal number of enemies for it (i.e. only for 4 or more, or w/e)? At the moment is the only AoE skill I have, just not sure if I'm meant to be spamming it for big pulls. Also if yes, should probably be keeping Straight Shot up regardless, Bloodletter/Misery's End as available? Do DoTs take priority (set up on everything before Nock spam)?
2) On DoTs, generally ideal to set those up first/early? With buffs as available for extra kick, I've gathered. I've only got venom/wind so far, sometimes end up ignoring them, but starting to see how the group can benefit from those being up as much as possible.
Also, Straighter Shot procs, does the whole holding them for certain points in rotation only really come into play later? I keep reading this is a thing, but sounds like only once you've got WM shifting your style or something.

(I imagine at this range it's not super important, as long as damage is being pumped out regardless. But I figure if I get the fundamentals down, later elements will come more naturally)

1. I don't think River of Blood procs at that low of level... then so yes. Quick Nock. Remember it's a cone AOE so stand a bit close. If you run low on TP then switch to multi-dotting enemies (switch target and put on dots)
2. NEVER ignore your dots. Those are the only two you get and they are very powerful. Ideally you go buffs > Straight Shot > dots. Keep them up. Keep...them...up... only time you don't need to keep them up is if the enemy is going to die in a couple ticks of the damage. Then its not worth it. (The reddit thread says when it becomes worth it... I think it's after 3 ticks? I can't remember off the top of my head right now but it'll apply at this level too).
3. Holding them really only comes into play after you get WM, because the proc turns SS into an insta-cast and you can fit in a EA without cutting into your GCD or two off-GCD attacks instead of one.

In 3.3 bard got a HUUGE damage buff? ... really don't need one at the moment...
