I see this statement coming up often in the forums.
I would like to say that you are not wrong, but not 100% right.
While it's true that a big chunk of active players never post/don't care about the forum, it's also true that a lot of players silently quit without posting on the forums because they just don't care about putting some effort in a discussion because it's just easier to jump in another game.
The only feedback you can get is the posts you get on the forums, and the actual sub count (which nobody here actually knows), and I don't really trust polls since we know most of them can be easily exploited.
