Hunting log needs to be continued

Currently it stops at level 50. It should go to max level each expansion.

This is a nice little side-quest like system for leveling classes, because ALL your classes have access to it unlike the standard quests.

Currently, on my server fates under 50 are pretty dead and that's understandable as max level raises, so dungeons is the fastest way to level.

But what do you do when waiting for that queue to pop? This is right where hunting logs fit - you can do these in between dungeons and keep yourself doing something the whole time.

Also I feel like the Hunting log & Challenge log should be combined into just one window that gets used often (perhaps it combines with something else that gets used often) and also make it so that any new players will be guaranteed to see this window. Perhaps these systems could be expanded more?

TLDR: I really want to see this system continue.

While I don't think a UI change is needed, I would like to see the hunting log expanded/ added for the expansion jobs. Crafting/ gathering classes essentially got a continuation of this. They never had an exactly analogous log, but you get a lot of bonus experience the first time you gather/ craft any item.

I guess in a sense the hunt related stuff in Ishgard does replace the hunting log, but it would be nice to have both.

It would be nice to have when waiting for a queue along with the normal hunting quests. Also isn't there some sort of honorary bonus experience points you get when you finish a rank? I've been on a huge Lore Gear grind so I'm trying to remember.

Yes I agree, I was very disappointed that there was no hunting log for any of the new Jobs in Heavensward. Hopefully we will get them again for patch 4.0
