    What do you do with collectables that are below the turn in level?
    Can you sell them ?
    Turn in for something at least?

    Similar to how you can lower a HQ item into a NQ, you can lower the quality of collectables and turn them into normal items. Other than that, I don't know if you can do anything else with them.

    One thing to note when u lower the quality...the item is bind to ur char..making it unable for you to sell it.

    Unfortunately there's not really anything you can do with them that I'm aware of other than sell them to a vendor.
