Players who did not receive a code for the Vegas Fan Festival were told to contact customer support. I'm an international attendee to the NA event who has an EU account. When i contacted the American support team, they told me to contact the EU team who then said because my account was not NA i was not eligible for a code. That same NA team granted an access code to my friend who has an EU account.

I'm upset that this event bars the attendance of international players who pay the same sub fee as domestic players. I'm also confused by the support team and their inability to handle requests for codes consistently.

Attendees could request a code via the mogstation in the same way that codes are generated for everything else in game. As for the whole EU / NA support stuff? I don't know how the support teams are run but surely there is something wrong if some EU members are given codes by the NA team whilst others aren't.
