Innovation is a bonus to quality. Steady Hand I and II are boosts to success rate on touch/synthesis actions, so this really isn't the same.

I'm just saying, SH and SHII boost everything from Byregot's, all the touches, PbP, and synth actions by 20% or 30%, so does it boost Reclaim as well?
