Feedback on harassment

How do you send them screens of the abuses ? I've never seen we could do this while filling a report oO

For stuff occurring over chat, there's no need to send screen caps since GMs can easily review all the chat logs. But I've never seen an option to send screenshots either. One GM once told us they couldn't accept screencaps (this was back when someone stole a huge amount of stuff from the FC I'm in and we were reporting them for it), but that was only one GM.

I really wish they did have a trouble server. We have a jail in the game already and they use it. But I think a sentence in a jail server would be better. Maybe when they realize it sucks they stop the nonsense.

Nothing more to say, some ppl in this community are so toxic...they should create a server only for them, after a number of reports, you are send there, with the others "animals" and forsaken by GM.
(I think WoW was the one doing this, but not sure of the game)

If players wish to conduct themselves the way one would normally assume one of the 'bad guys' would, then perhaps they should be shipped off to a separate world where their vile spew can only affect others like them. Heck, let's call the server Garlemald, and let them have at it. How long before they get bored and unsub?

Screenshots can be manipulated, so they can't really accept them, but screen shots make good reference material when filling out a complaint.

There's a big difference between "some idiot said some rude stuff in alliance chat" and "someone made a level 1 alt on my server just to send me vile and provocative threats and harassment". I'm honestly baffled at the few people in this thread that can't tell the distinction.

I agree with the OP's statement but one thing I would like to point out to everyone is that SE doesn't delete characters from banned accounts, so using your blacklist or lodestone to see if they are still there isn't an option.
Also, you don't need to send screenshots, GMs can check chat logs.
