    EU Cerberus collapsed?

    Or is it just me? DC's mid choco race and keep getting cannot obtain world info, other characters on that list is in a q of 700 people and keeps rising XD made char on another server and logged in no problem

    Same problem (still on Cerberus, Lich seems ok). No character, characters came back, waiting list, then 90002 and no character again.
