    Congrats all - I'll try to get the post updated today.

    I've updated the list, if there is incorrect information or other details missing let me know.

    I've attributed server firsts to MogCn team 1 for a9s and a10s since there is no other report about them here before theirs. If anyone has any other information available - or knows about teams that have disbanded etc... feel free to let me know.
