Please add more armor like this!!

I spent weeks trying to get the Vath Thorax because I wanted to glamour my character to look like a Wandering Knight with that cool tattered green cape over slightly worn/rusted scale armor. I was hoping that it didn't have the roach shell on the rear because I assumed only Gnath had that because it's part of their physiology. I really thought the Vath Thorax was just their armor. Then I obtained it and saw the roach wings on the rear which completely ruined the look. Can you guys consider adding armor that looks similar (rustic/worn armor with a humble tattered cape) similar to this without the wings? I really like simple but cool looking armor and most of the endgame armor is way too ornamental looking.

The new Tank gear in the new 60 dungeons alongside the Gnath/Vath beast tribe gear is among the best of the bunch IMO. Dunno how they did it but we have some nice armor designs and with capes to boot.

Only took 2 years.

I love the vath chest piece. I agree it would better without the roach wings/backpack. Also I would love if the cloak was dyable.

While in agreement, the back of my mind is thinking "...does this really just mean I want a decent cloak?" (since I can find a similar enough body piece elsewhere).

I dunno. The beetly bits have a certain primitive charm. Besides, in real life, critters like that have lived for millions upon millions of years, weathering multiple mass extinction events, much like sharks and crocodiles. Does that make them quite a nice motif for a tank?

But if you look at the armor, it's not just a cloak, it's a nice light-weight platemail (look at the belly and upper arms). It's just strange that the shell is part of it. I know its beastman armor but I thougt the shell was only visable on Vath NPCs because it's part of their character model and clipped through, like how tails of same races do. What I like most about the armor is that it's not extravagant like 99% of the rest of the game's armor. It's humble, yet very stylish.

The Gnath/Vath have a GREAT "ronin samurai" look to them even as monsters, so it's not surprising that their glamour armor would be popular. Hopefully SE does look into non-buggy versions of this armor. It'd be nice to get the hat without the bugface, as well.

In the meantime, if it's any consolation, OP, I think the glamour still looks pretty good on your char!
