I'd like to point out there are other weapons in the same ilevel that are easier to obtain. Relics are supposed to be something to work for, not a practically free handout because not everyone is able to get online. There are other weapons to obtain because they know not everyone can dump a whole lot of time into doing the relic. They made the relic chain how it is for a reason.
