    If your FC has a house, then you can get a private room. Also, there will apartments when patch 3.4 launches so that counts too. I did not have as well a house up until very recently. I tried to get one when patch 3.3 added more wards but I was hit with numerous login error messages before I could login, then I had to go though+2000 wait line because I'm on Gilgamesh, and by the time I managed to get ingame all the small ones were gone, and pretty much the other sizes too. A couple in our guild quit the game 2 weeks ago and let me buy their small plot, so now I have a house which I'm very happy about.

    I have a private room in our FC's house which I was using up until recently.
