[SUGGESTION] Rotate camera around character on PS4 (Standard control)

I currently play on PS4 using a gamepad and am really liking the cross-bar system. I prefer the standard control system because I don't like how the legacy camera keeps wanting to follow behind your character. I much prefer the standard controls. One thing I noticed is there seems to be no way of rotating the camera around our character, so we can see them from the front (for taking screenshots etc). We can already zoom in/out the camera by holding L1, so would it be possible to add the function to allow the right stick to rotate the camera while holding L1?
