Umm. How come you have such low number for other two? are you focusing on particular tribe quest to complete that 1st?

Hmm Can you please give me some more detail what do i need to do? Is this for amber-encased vilekin 1 Ishgard combat leve quest reward?

Basically saying when you go Foundation you can pick up a Battlecraft leve and then you search the leve area for a chest which can spawn and you get 1 amber-encased vilekin in it you don't need to complete the leve to get the reward from the chest. If you don't see a chest cancel the leve and retry it and search again for the chest. I recommend the leve Don't Come Back very simple leve for chests because it just a straight line. In this leve the chest can spawn:

Under/next to the Yak your trying to guide
Near 2 enemies in front of the Yak
Can be near the hills in front of those 2 enemies i mentioned
The last spawn point is in the middle of the wolves on the other side of the hill

Once you get some from the chests you can go back to Idyllshire and trade 1 amber-encased vilekin for a Crystal Sand which is needed for the current step when you reach there. Hope this helps!
