    Bard's DoT crit chance

So my bard is 47 and I know next level I'll get the 'River of Blood' trait.
So my question is as follow
    - If i apply both DoT's, will their crit chance be set from the start? Ie if I were to have 15% crit chance when casting those DoT's, would the crit chance for every tick be 15%
    OR
    - Does the crit chance change mid-duration? Ie will casting straight shot or getting buffed by DRG's Battle litany AFTER applying both DoT's increase the crit chance of every tick of the DoT's for the duration of Litany/Straight shot?

Buffs for DoT ticks are snap shotted at the time of application.

If Battle Litany falls off after you apply your dots, they'll still be boosted crit chance.

If Battle Litany is activated after you already applied your dots, you will have to reapply them to get the increased crit chance

It's the first of your two explanations.
The crit rate, as well as any damage buffs you have, is recorded when you apply the DoT and lasts for the duration of the DoT. If you gain or lose a damage/crit buff while the DoT is going, it doesn't change the DoT.
Also, Bard learns a skill at 56 called Iron Jaws. The tooltip says it resets the duration of your DoTs, but it actually applies new DoTs. This means it will take the buffs you have active when using Iron Jaws into account.
