I personally prefer the dungeons go fast, but I also don't say anything if it ends up slow. If people are under performing, you can bet I'll be mentioning it via LS or FC chat, but I'll refrain from saying anything in party chat unless it's something that is noticeably wrong. An example would be a BLM who isn't using any rotation at all, just tossing out random spells or a DRG who isn't using Heavy Thrust at all. There are a lot of similar instances so I won't go into all of them. In those situations I offer some advice on different rotations they can use, in the case of BLM I give suggestions on when to use what spells and how to work with Enochian.

However, I think it's hypocritical for people to say that those requesting the run to be fast are in the wrong. As others have already stated, if 3 people want the run to go fast and 1 person wants it to be slow, then the pace should remain fast. The opposite is true as well, if 3 people want it to be slow and 1 person wants it fast, the pace should be set according to the majority. While verbal harassment is always in the wrong, telling people who enjoy a fast paced game to slow it down for the minority of the party is wrong as well. Also, people deciding to kick that one person is completely justifiable as it falls under "different playstyles". As long as no verbal harassment has taken place, they were well within their right to vote kick.

One issue I have with the initial post is that it clearly states "put with a 3-man non-English premade" and then in a follow up post they all of a sudden know English and are able to understand the OP when they "asked politely if they could slow down" in which the OP was responded to with by being "called a "noob" and to "shut the _____ up"" in English. As Ashelia_Ferron stated, we have no context and only have one side of the story which to me is contradicting and designed to make the OP appear as if they were a victim for simply requesting that the pace be slowed down to fit their playstyle.
