Please Make All Dungeons in Roulettes "Equal"

Please make all dungeons in ALL roulette's equal in terms of Esoterics Earned.

I realize there is valid reasoning for making older dungeons where we outgear worth less tomestones than the newer ones. However, the discrepancy is quite large within the Level 60 roulette. You can get "lucky" and get Aetherchemical (150 eso+ bonus), or even Lost City(100+bonus), or you can get unlucky and get queued into Fractal Continiuum(30+Bonus). We know that altering bonuses depending on dungeons can be done as the amount of XP given for leveling dungeons is dependent on level. Why can we not see a Level 60 Roulette that is worth 200 total no matter what? I WANT to be doing these dungeons, but as it is... its better for my time to ignore the roulette and get the guaranteed 150 for Aether and spend less time in the dungeon than take 130-200 rng roulette.

Take a good look in the Level 50 roulette, lowest is 20 (AK+WP), highest is 100 (AKHM+WPHM+KotL) for tomestones you get a similar amout of Poetics form that roulette than you do Eso fromt eh 60 one.

Except people were complaining that they dont get drops from Aether and that there is less reward because of that - they only changed the amount of tomes recently and I guess that the rise had something to do with thise complaines. If you feel you're better off with running Aether only no one is stopping you - infact I'm seeing several groups every day in PF doing speed runs there.
