Early pulling has been rampant on Hyperion as of late. So it comes down to what is "early pulling", the person which decides when to pull should be of the group that discovered but as we all share Eorza and its inhabitants there exists an unspoken cordial window that defines right from selfishness.
Would not GW reports be not in the spirit of the game? Is it like a spam text? Are you trying to run a 3rd party program to get a jump. It is not the same as someone telling you? Is it an automated system sending out a report?
