Early Pulling - Is it wrong?

You seem to not be understanding what I'm saying. You find the boss, you wait a minute from the moment you call it out. When I used to do hunts, 90% of the time people shouted out where the boss was and said they were pulling in 30 seconds to a minute. Once that time passed, they pulled. If people didn't make it to the target within that time, then tough luck. Yes, there were people who still missed the boss. But at least it was like "Hey, the boss is here. Pulling in 30 seconds". Not instantly pulling because apparently a lot of people in this game lack a thing called patience.

And also I asked a question, what is the right number of minutes reasonable to wait for people to reach destination ? 1 mn ? where is that written ? in short, is useless to wait, and silly to ask to wait, you are there ? good you are not ? tough. Life goes on as usual. Not sure why is that even a big deal.
