Early Pulling - Is it wrong?

An implicite rule on Cerberus : An early-puller is the one who pulls while he's not in the team who discovered the mob. The one who comes calling "invite me" and pulls because he sees the mob is not pulled yet when he arrives and doesn't want to wait. This IS an early-puller. You didn't discovered, you don't pull. Only the first complete team decides when (and who if there are several tanks).

Now, how many time to wait? 5 Minutes is reasonable. You have to consider the load window that can take 30sec. To just consider the time from tp, you forgot : the load window, the time to lose agro with a mob (and it can take many time -already seen 30sec-) and so, even if you are in the area (imagine you are doing some tribale not very far). 3 Minutes sounds enough but a bit short anyway.
