Early Pulling - Is it wrong?

Reading this thread has made me realise that common courtesy has flown out the window with a lot people. Though of course people are naturally selfish and don't want "their" time to be wasted waiting on others so they'll pull when they damn please, there might no rule against "early pulling" and that it technically doesn't exist but I consider early pulling to be *If its been pulled within the first minute of it being called giving no one any time to get there*. From what I've seen people only really seem to get angry or care when people don't wait in regards to S-Ranks due to how often they are actually up.

At least as far as hunts are concerned on Odin 8 times out of 10 people seem to be rather courteous to wait depending on what rank the hunt is.

HW S-Rank - There is generally a 5 minute window for people to get there before its pulled, unless they literally spawn at prime time when Idyshire is packed so consider you have 2 minutes after it being called to get there.

HW A Ranks - I've noticed people generally seems to wait 2-3minutes, if people are clearly in the zone and shouted they are on the way or part of a large hunting LS people seem to generally wait unless of course some random douchenozzle comes along pulls it, sends everyone into a panic causing everyone to zerg rush it so they don't lose contribution.

ARR S ranks - However seem to generally be fair game due to the nature of the fact you don't need a massive team for them, though more often than not you have a 3minute window to get there.

ARR A Ranks - These are pretty much fair game to anyone really since you can solo these at this point so I don't really expect much courtesy and for them to be killed rather silently most of the time but when they are called, people seem content to wait a couple minutes.

It is true that hunts are first come first served but a little bit of courtesy can go a long way, but honestly after 5 minutes of a hunt being called and you didn't get there in that window? Then its tough luck really.
