A [DEV] Request: Glowing Eyes

Hey there. I was wondering if we loyal players could get a specific item made, glowing eyes. As any who have done side quests or the Warrior quests knows, the eyes are already in the game so it would just be a case of unlocking them to us.



This would be a fun item for looks. Make our century and let the eyes be dyeable so we could have differing colors, a BLM with yellow eyes, WAR/DRK with red, a WHM with white, would be fun.


To clarify I'm requesting these as a head/hat item, not a setting. I would like them as a head item, so a simple head toggle macro button would give me control over them.

I was kinda sad to see Au Ra didn't all have this by default when they were released to be honest.
It's a nice idea. But should be optional of course. :3

I'm not knocking you, I'm just curious why you would not like them added. I'm not talking cash shop, just some little quest to get them.

I think they're kind of tacky. A lot like odd eyes, if they're available then a lot of people will use it- and then suddenly it's not so "odd". I just feel like it'd be a situation where you walk around town and suddenly half the people there have neon signs on their face, when at least you tend to have to look closely to see odd eyes, the same would not be true for glowing eyes.

If you want them as a hat item, it's likely to happen. Personally though that's just too creepy for me.
