    What Jobs would you like to see in the next Expansion

    I know HW just came out, but in the live letter today Yoshi-P said that "the second expansion will be released before we know it". So they might be working on it already, and i'm guessing that it will be released in 1 or 2 years possibly (the Expansions for XI were released in 1 year normally, except for the last one which took like 7 years).

    Heavensward released one of each role, lets assume the next one will have at least one of each so lets get some ideas.

    Samurai - Tank Job - The counter attack / reactive tank. Aside from the regular 1,2,3 combo they will also have a lot of attacks that they can only do after a parry or dodge. The current tanks have a few abilities like this, but Samurai will have alot more and they will have abilities that increase their elusiveness.

    Red Mage - Healer - Weaker healer than WHM but lets give them a Refresh for Infinite Mana and possibly a TP version that they can cast on others so they have more utility.

    Dancer - Healer - A healer that uses TP to heal

    Blue Mage - Caster DPS - This will be harder to pull off because of the ability system in XIV, but it would be nice to have them possibly as a caster DPS.

    Puppetmaster - Melee DPS - A melee DPS with a Pet, was fun in XI and would be a great addition to XIV. Lets make it STR base so that there will be 3 int, 3 str and 3 agi DPS.

    Tanking is a job, DPSing is a science and Healing is an art.
    If the Tank dies, it's the Healer's fault. If the Healer dies, it's the Tank's fault. If the DPS dies, it's their own damn fault.

    I remember they said something about not releasing 3 classes at the same time again, they took a lot of work. But back on topic, i would like to see a close-combat dps: Red Mage/Blue Mage, one of those.

    I love that idea for Samurai tanking mechanic. I struggled for awhile to think of something different as far as a tanking mechanic goes and you've nailed it with the parry/dodge/block procs.

    For RDM, I think having a stacking mechanic similar to SCH for powerful healing spells combined with a Riot Blade-style combo to regenerate mana would fit the idea of the Red Mage well.

    I think we need a a more badass looking healer job... I think RED MAGE would fill that spot. I would be happy to see SAM as tank or dps - preferably a dps- b/c dps needs a sword class. I think we need RUNE/Magic based tank.

    I would like to see a few Jobs to be added.
    Samurai(Tank)-I would like to see a Tank that uses Parry/Dodge to mitigate damage.
    Salve-Maker/Chemist(Healer) Would like to see a TP base Healer.
    You would have a Basic Cure Abilities like any other Healer(Cure=Throw Potion,Cure II=Throw Hi-Potion, Ex...)
    but as their Mechanic You have the Ability to mix your Potions for Diff Effect Example(Mix Potion+Either=Elixer)
    Spell Fencer(DPS)-I know that Most pple would like to see Red Mage but to be honest i dont see that happening Bc there really is no WHT and BLK Magick.
    I do see Square Adding a Close Combat Caster like Spell Fencer using Sword Magic.
    Shaman(Healer)-I Know you gona say "We have white Mage" But i will like to see a Healer With Totems the Mechanic would Work like Machinist Turrets were they are not mobile and i just set and does a effect around them.
    For Example Totem of Vitae will increase healing Received by player if totem is near.

    Necromancer(Healer/Dps)-We need another Pet Job if i recall corectly they were going to add it in FF11 so the basis for the idea is there. it will have the basic pet one Dps=Zombie,Tank=Skeleton, and Caster=Ghost.
    You could only Summon it tho only if a enemy has died. It could be a Dps with Ritual Spells or maybe even a Healer With Blood Magick Absorbing enemies HP or even using it's own HP instead of MP.

    My top one job wishlist would be Geomancer, stemming from Conjurer of course. Though sadly Stone III and Aero III are WHM spells now, I hope they could arrange this by the time GEO comes out.

    Next would be Samurai, being an Extra Job like the 3 we have now. Weilds Katana ofc.

    Blue Mage is also nice. I think it could be an Extra Job as DPS DoM. It should have its basic DPS rotation, then its extra Abilities would be taken from various monsters, which can be chosen in a similar mechanic to cross class skills.

    Time Mage is also nice, it should basically speed up a THM's rotation, give party speed buffs and slow debuffs.

    I'd also like a DPS job for the Gladiator, which should augment their meager DPS rotation.
    Also, Pugilists could make a nice Tank IMO. They already have Fist of Earth, which is almost similar to Shield Oath and Defiance. All they need is a good enmity generation combo.
