    I just want to thank you for dealing with my issue in a raid, and for being so understanding. Usually when I contact staff members in companies, I get really scared that they won't understand me. Often they are either too neutral, and they just don't sound like normal people.

    Well, you were wonderful, you did your job well, and made me feel like a person, while still being professional in nature. I really have to applaud you for that. Have a wonderful awesome day.
