    Appears I fixed my own problem. I had everything on the highest because I was sure my video card could handle everything at the highest, which it can, but it overheats. Lowered my settings and seems to work just fine now.

    You can also just set the fps-limit ingame to 30. That is what the PS3 will run the game at too <.<
