Since 3.2 Vit=Str so no more slaying accessories... (Dont forget to change your attributes as well)

Green materia slots =100% chance to meld
First Meld in accessories should be Str V.
If you decide to meld crit, i recommend using Tier IV as it is much cheaper than Tier V and the difference is minimal (IV->9 , V->12). Same goes for accuracy and sks.
For determination, Tier V gives double the amount (IV->6 , V->12) so you might want to go for it.
I recommend also using Tier IV materia to i220 armor as a start to get some extra bonus with low cost then meld Tier V in <i230.
Unlock latest 24 man raid (Weeping City of Mhach) -> weekly prize is one Tier V materia of your choice.
You can use ariyala's website to plan your melds beforehand and avoid melding above cap. If you decide to change smth after you meld you will lose all previous melds on that piece so its important.
