Listing an "offer" on the Market Board

Instead of listing an item for sale, it would be useful if we could use one of our listing slots for an offer instead. I think this could be especially convenient for cases where there are no current listings for a specific item, or the one individual selling an item prices it astronomically high.

The buyer could set the listing at the price that they would be willing to pay for the item. For stackable items, the buyer could also set the desired quantity. After the offer has been listed, sellers could browse what people need, and deliver on an offer for an instant sale. I'd imagine this would be a good way to generate revenue, rather than wait for a buyer, or a seller with the right price, to come along.
