Additional data on stat testing, STR, ATTK, Base Damage

STR is more valuable than ATK, point-for-point.
Base damage is more valuable than STR.

I'll go with you on that carraway, question is, do we have the relationships parsed out yet? Do we know that 4 STR is roughly equal to 1 base damage or w/e it is, or do we still need work done to figure that out.
