Giving Away a Small House (Cottage) Permit

So I was able to finally give up my old house awhile ago, and the thing is, I now have a small cottage permit in my possession. The thing is, I don't want to sell it but instead give it away, since I realize there are still empty plots (that have been bought) out there on Hyperion. So, would anyone like a free permit?

I don't know if you've already been messaged about the cottage permit, but my girlfriend and I are getting married in-game at level 50 and a free cottage would be a pretty great start. If you've already given it away though that's cool ^^
