A7S prog static LF Drk/Pld

My static has recently lost our main tank. He was a very good player but unfortunately has too much to handle with his RL situation right now. We are looking for someone who is comfortable assuming the role of main tank for my group.

Raid times: (given in multiple US time zones for your reference)
We raid 4 days a week, 3 hours per night (12 hours total per week)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
7-10pm EST | 6-9pm CT | 5-8pm MST | 4-7pm PST
Friday
8-11pm EST | 7-10pm CT | 6-9pm MST | 5-8pm PST

Progression: This group has A5, A6 and Sephirot on farm. We have been to 13% on A7S. We aren't currently raiding Nidhogg but several members are farming it on off nights with PUGs. We will go kill it as a group soon.

Preferences: We prefer someone who can and enjoys playing both PLD and DRK.
We also would like someone who has exp in A7S but it is not required as long as you are skilled with your class, have a good attitude, and can learn our strategies.
We are more interested in someone who can learn and has a good attitude than we are in someone who is super good leet, but has a bad attitude and isn't flexible.... So if you are interested, please contact us regardless of your experience level.

Required: Teamspeak, a working mic, and joining our linkshell. Having some way to contact you outside of game (ex: skype, PSN, cell#, whatsapp, something!) in case we need to contact you about a change in schedule or if you are late/have had an emergency that will make you miss raid.
