Lets be honest we in the NA/EU Regions are nothing more to SE (and a lot other asian game companys) than an easy big cash grab. Their main focus will allways be the asian community. I like this game and a lot of other jrpgs, but its no secret that for a very very long time they (espacily japan) didnt even though about showing a lot of their games to the rest of the world and threating us like a nuisance. Sometimes we got a game that allready was released ages ago in Asia with minimum support and a real shity port, but with the NA/EU price for a new AAA game.

Even if they get a lot of money from us, we will neve be threated with the same priority as players from asia.

For one last time, China and Korean does not have subscription model.
Their players charged by either monthly card or "pay by the minutes you play"
Both regions are not directly controlled by SE and SE only make sure both regions are not conducting any out of bound.
Both regions will need to put resources into making these exclusive items in order to secure more incoming revenue.

For the sake of fairness, if they do come to the West they'll be on the Mog Station as well rather than available in-game.

New exclusive korean glamour, personally it seems a bit strange mixture, but the pieces separately are probably very useful for many glamour (and it is also dyeable)

You feels these exclusive items are “special” because they are design based on each region’s culture. Please do remember tho, this game is design based on Western culture to begin with.

you know I bet you can gift trick to send it to american or Euro region lol just by setting up an account in that reign and use paypal or something idk though I would think they would be okay with ppl doing that because it would require 2 game accounts and they still get paid in it if it would even work that is lol

For fairness, every time they pull this “exclusive item” only because their player base is decreasing and they are trying to recover. It is being too long between 5.1 and 5.2 and these two regions are known for being efficient in gaming. In another word, moonless event is not going to keep people playing because they already have those items
