Does anyone have a picture of dyed angel/demon outfits? I'm especially interested to see how the wings and head pieces would look when dyed.

I remember seeing something on the Reddit saying the white / black pets of the coat dyed while the gold white trims stayed there own colour the wings stayed the same as well from what I saw but another did say the angle wings changed colour , but without a Korean player it's hard to say

Thanks for the info. I prefer the color white on my character but the horns and silver details look better so I was hoping there was a way to mix them. In any case they'd have to make the items available to the EU first. :P

Sorry vanishing all. I had surgery that kind of kept me from keeping up with this thread. I'll work on going back to reply to things as needed and get the front post updated should it be required.

I'm sorry that you see it as depravity, but it isn't, it is compesation. You can't have the superior version of the game and the compensation that the inferior version gets. The fact that you even get the outfits at all is simply good will on SEs part, and an analysis of demand.

You say that as if the game has been cut to pieces and horribly censored. For all of the sources we've had that has come to post in this thread regarding the Chinese and Korean version of the game, this is not the case. The greatest thing they seem to suffer from is being one patch cycle behind us and the fact that their countries work on very different internet models than places like NA/EU/JP.

If you are in this thread thinking we’re crying about being wronged, then you have the wrong perception of what this thread is. It’s stated very clearly in my front post and my edit. We’re here to give feedback that the developers themselves asked for and show our desire for these items.

No one here has been wronged by region exclusives. But they sure are annoying.

Hey, it seems to me that no one mentioned that China and Korea have craft/gather replicas (glamour) outfits for all classes, lvl 50 and 60. And for the moment they are exclusive, first of China and recently of Korea also.

I think you should also put them in the first post, because even though we have them, we can not use them as glamour for all classes

I leave screenshots of the Chinese and Korean shop. Oh by the way, they are also dyeable!

I have a question, why do you guys not want region exclusive items? Don't certain other regions not get as many of the items we do? The only one I found worth arguing about was the Japanese Maid outfit since we weirdly lack (and still do) any other kind besides the Valentione one and the Japanese get the same content we do.

I know it would be really nice to get the region exclusive items the other regions have, but isn't it selfish of us to try to take away possibly the one thing that certain other regions only have looking forward to besides whatever little untampered with content they get?

I don’t know if anyone has answered you yet or not, but no. These versions of the games DO NOT get LESS items then we do. They actually have MORE items and access to items that we ourselves do not have.

Still waiting on the monkey king set >_<

Given the 7-11 promotion going on in Japan right now where you get these items as a reward we are likely to see them come our way in June with another “Summer DLC” deal with Amazon, etc.

Some countries in the EU did NOT get a chance at the Butler and Maid outfit - you may wish to include that.

Uh, what's next, AF DoW for all classes? I think that one is a bad idea, DoH and DoL are losing a bit of their identity, for what they have atm it would be too bad.

Dunno about you, but speaking purely as someone with 60 in all crafting classes, ilevel 200 gear, and who caps red scrips weekly and does all the crafting for an entire FC- I don't know the last time I've seen anyone in 2.x DoH/DoL AF gear, and any time I see people in 3.x DoH/DoF AF gear it's because they don't have ironworks yet and disdain how much armory chest space having a different outfit for each crafting class takes, not to mention the cost of melding all those outfits.

Making the 2.x AF glamourable, at least for DoH/DoL, gives them a measure of longevity they haven't had in years.

China doesn't get certain events at all, I know for a fact that they don't get Little Ladies Day, and I don't think they got Yokai or Garo. All in all, the amount of exclusive items that we get that they don't is weighted in our favor, we just take that for granted and see things that we aren't getting and assume they are getting special treatment. So yes, compensation is a good word.

The fact that we get them at all is great, but at the end of the day that is just good will on the devs part.

Gonna second this here. I do much the same as Atlaworks does in game, and I have the same glamour for all three of my DoL and all eight of my DoH. Now considering I'm on balmung, I see a lot of people and I almost never see people wearing the relic stuff for DoH/L either. That's not to say there aren;t people who do but I just don't buy into the whole 'losing their identity' idea posted aboce by Arutan.

Honestly, I would prefer if these level one crafter/gatherer items ended up in the game the same way we have augumented combat gear instead of seeing them dumped into the Mog Station. I can see why this was done for the Korean and Chinese versions of the game though, considering the way they are allowed access to the internet is different than us. Not many people want to burn that time trying to get what they need to glamour the relic gear. This solves that issue for them.

They may not the events but they absolute DO get the items. Screen shots have been shown various times of event items we get ending up in their cash shop or being given out as rewards for quests.

They too get events we do not get, and we don't get their items. But they get our items without getting our events so....how are their exclusives compensation at all? They are getting the items they miss from not having certain event we do.

Now if we want to get into what exclusives really are I can dig up my post for you on that bit.

Further more, I'd politely disagree that it's, outright, on the goodwill of the developers. Goodwill is involved yes, but YoshiP outright asked us to provide feedback on if we want those items here.
