Stormblood purchase on Square Enix store

Hmm, I have a question. I don't see any charges on my bank account yet. Does this usually show up late? I pre ordered it on day one and I can't seem to find it in my orders on the Square Enix store. I do have the confirmation number, but I can't find it in my orders. I already got my early access codes confirmed. I'm confused. I already sent a message to the SE store, but they haven't replied yet. Has anybody else purchased Stormblood from the SE store have this issue, too? Also, on the Mogstation, the early access still doesn't show a mark that I have it either.

In answer to your question about not having a charge to your card yet: you will not be charged for the purchase of SB until the game actually releases. I hope that helps =) Unfortunately, I can't answer your other questions, sorry =/

So does the above answer hold true that we will not be charged until actual release? I'm getting worried since I still haven't been charged by the Square Enix store even after several emails and only automated responses. Anybody been charged yet or not?

You can always go into the SE store and click on your orders, then manage and tell them to go ahead and debit your card

No, you get charged for it ( I was charged on the 9th this month for my purchase). There are delays it seems, as I preordered CE SB Digital copy in the SE store in the beginning of May.
You will not get the product of SB until release however. I suggest contacting your bank to see if they have a hold on it? I know I had that issue when I preordered Heavensward. Either that or see if it's a pending transaction. If none of those apply, re check your emails, especially junk just in case.

EDIT: As the above person mentioned too, check your orders on the SE store.

This. You can actually have them debit your card now instead of waiting. I preordered a digital copy of the game when it was first announced, but only a month ago, I asked them to debit me so I didnt have to worry about allocating the funds this month. It was a done deal in a few minutes.

Some1 preordered it when 1st available back in jan.. thier order got cancelled because se only just tried to take the money out in last few days which wasnt available cause they thought it was paid when placed the order lol

i found it wierd they waited 5 months to get the money after an order was placed tho

While you can pay for your order manually as stated above, you'll get an e-mail stating the exact billing date. For example people that ordered prior to May, were all charged between late May and early June. People that ordered later than that, were charged mid of June. People that just ordering right now, probably won't get charged till June 20th etc. If you ordered a physical copy of the game, you'll be charged the moment it's shipped out, which could be after June 20th depending on their work load currently. Just make sure you have enough money in the account, so that when they charge you, there's not cancellation due to lacking funds.

Edit: answering your question, I've been charged for all of my 3 orders. However one was billed in April, another May 30th and then the last June 9th, even tho I pre ordered all of them to the same time lol. But they were all digital downloads and I got a week prior the email with the exact billing date. Check all mail/promotion/subscription/spam/inbox etc.

My guess is you don't pay till the product is actually going to roll out. In any case that "someone" should learn to balance their check book.
