Possible level/story jumps....really?

I think a level potion is A BAD idea, but a level boosting item for lvl 30-60 wouldn't be so bad if they raised the level cap. It would function just like the helm of light, feather, and the Brand New Ring. That would give the new rank of EXP FC bonus, the boosts in leveling they did, AND an item all within the level boosting responsibilities.. It would give those players a chance to learn, but also make it a bit less punishing on those who bought expansions.
