Based on all the other MMOs I have played...

A level jump potion is an incredibly stupid idea that causes the upper levels where mechanics are supposed to get more difficult to become overpopulated by people who would of been better suited going through the early stuff and learning how to play the game.

But because the developers now have to cater to a high level range of people who do not have the experience nor knowledge required this results in high end content having to be heavily simplified because clear rates drop... dramatically. This results in the strange case of mid-level range dungeons being more complex and difficult then high end raids. Simply because those dungeons were never updated, because no one plays that content anymore unless forced to.

Level jumping events and purchasable level jump potions, while great for altaholics who have already put enough time into the game to level most everything to max, are detrimental to the game. Both for players and for developers.
