I find myself spent most of my time leveling, and I usually hit the point where i can't progress thru the story w/o grinding for levels back when i started at 2.0. So I think reducing the exp required to get from lv1 to lv50 by half would make getting thru all the quests and reach heavensward a lot more bearable, and cut exp required to level from 50 to 60(oh boy that aery grind) by another half when 4.0 release. (IF we're getting higher level cap again)

Also consider making undersize parties gives experience to players that is within the recommended level range for that dungeon(For pre-heavensward dungeons), so they can reach out to their friends should their queue be so unbearably long (I am talking about you dps queues *wink*)
