Possible level/story jumps....really?

Is this serious? Man....
People complain that they can't play the classes, can't do some quests and some NPCs (ex: splendors) are on Ishgard, that's it.
One simple solution is to move all the NPCs to other cities. You can even keep the level requirement, but remove the story requirement.
An example would be me, that like to play gathering/crafting, but I'm holding back because I know that I'll need HW to get the new sets and even to do the class jobs above level 50.

I think that locking content by story is bad, but jumping it will destroy the game. No way of jumping quests or levels should be ever implemented or the game will die.

They shouldn't change anything, it's fine the way it's.
