This is actually a pretty horrible suggestion. Akin to blaming the victim here. Nobody has the right to tell others to kill themselves and just because its the internet it doesn't make it excusable. Here's a shocking thought, instead of telling someone to get off the internet we actually try to reprimand people that tell people to go kill themselves.
