Glitch with Scholar and A5/A5S introduced by patch.

Anytime I turn into a gorilla or bird on either of these fights, my heal hotbar gets turned into a second pet hotbar and I can't change it without dismissing my pet. Only solution I can find is just not using a pet and that's not really viable...

Didn't happen to me at all before the patch, is there something I can do to correct this? I submitted a bug report a few days ago but they didn't fix it.

I used a macro /hotbar change 1, with 1 being w/e bar is usually there to swap it back. It's super annoying but it's probably a bug with the auto transform bar with mount abilities thing they have. It incorrectly defaults to the pet bar when it transforms back to previous or just doesn't bother to transform back. Turning that off might fix it (didn't bother to test, just used the bar switching macro) but would make gorilla more annoying if you are used to using the binds on the first bar to hit bombs and the drop costume ability. You would have to use the actual pet bar and bind it or click.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only person having this problem.

Though what is weird is the summoner in my static isn't having this happen...is it really just scholars?

I hope they fix this soon, I'll try putting a hotbar switching macro on my side bar, thanks for the suggestion.

Hasn't happened to ours, but ours is a PS4 user so may just be PC users at the time.

Another fix is unless you changed the hotkey set up for it... SHIFT key and UP arrow / DOWN arrow -- that cycles through current hotbars.

No macro needed, really. Shift+1 switches your first hotbar to hotbar#1, Shift+2 to #2 and so on. Unless you changed that keybind, of course. So it's pretty easy to fix, but I agree that it's a bug that shouldn't be there.
Haven't tried A5 since the patch, so I don't know if I'd get the error as well, but I rather assume I would since I'm on PC.

For me it was the other way around. I had the setting so that the pet hotbar would display on my 1st hotbar while on a mount that has actions or while transformed, but after the 3.3 patch I went to A5S and those didn't display on my 1st hotbar anymore.

The pet hotbar also isn't on the list of hotbars that you can normally switch to I think, so I don't know if that would work anyway.

Really weird that this is apparently only happening to certain people? If this was happening to everyone I'd think the forums would be exploding, this is really unacceptable.

Which is why I said "unless you changed that keybind" =) It's the default keybind to change the first hotbar. Even if someone's removed those keybinds because they use shift+# for spells, the keybind option is there so they can set it to a combination that suits them better.
I don't think you can manually change to the pet hotbar like that, no (not logged in, so I can't check for sure whether there's a keybind option for it), but usually people in this thread seem to want to change away from the pet hotbar, not to it =)
And of course, I'm by no means saying that it's an "acceptable" bug. Just pointing out a way to hopefully deal with it until such time as they hotfix it (which shouldn't take too long, I hope).
