    one more housing issue

    what if someone buys a house and doesnt want it anymore? or wans to move to another ward eg. mist to goblet etc

    shouldnt their be a system that allows you to get some of the gill back for relinquishing yourself or something else

    The answer is usually no as it really the only real gil sink in the game. The system that gives the gil is really just a "sorry we took you house away here some gil to ease your sorrow"

    Yes you can wait 45 days for auto demolish when they restart the process with 3.5 and get 80 percent of your money back.

    Yes do not go inside. They have halted auto demolish due to the earthquakes in Japan but plan to restart it with patch 3.5.
