    Error 2002 and worst customer service support

    I've been having error lobby 2002 for the past 6 days now unable to log into the game, i finally was able to chat with customer service and they told me that my connection was unstable and i have an outage, how can i have an outage when i was chatting with the representative through the internet lol, and then on top of that the guy hangs up on me. So 6 days later and still error 2002, for people thinking for paying 15 dollars a month dont, now they wont even want to offer me a refund they just hung up on me.

    By hung up... do you mean actually speaking through a phone connection? Because if you happen to have it I would love to voice my "Satisfaction" with them in person. I've been having the 2002 Lobby error for over 2 weeks. Without their "experts" on the situation I have figured out that I can play the game through my phones hotspot feature but not my Rogers ISP. Funny thing is I only have the issue after their latest patch.

    It was through the chat system i was talking to them they closed it down the final thing they said tho was like have a nice day! hope to see you online, i got the feeling i was talking to a damn robot. The representative had no idea what she was doing because she repeated the same thing like 5 times, can you please link your ip adress, ohh am seeing some outages in your area, it was funny to have a conversation with a tech person when they dont know anything about tech the customers knows more lol. Its just at this point am cancelling my sub and the hell with this game there are other good games to play. eventually the second nail in the coffin for realm reborn will be its customer service which is none existent

    Ok Jthe111, I have just found a solution, its a bit unusual but it works and it confirms my suspicions that is a server issue from their side. Ok download Pingzapper VPN and add final fantasy to it, make sure you select a server that is close to your home, for example am on the east coast so I selected Miami. Pingzapper will rout the game through that server and then onto the square enix data centers. Worked for me hope it works for you. Its 3 dollars for the premium
